All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on our Shopify store.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a return policy of up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested by contacting us at info@albaghdaad.com before sending the item.
Once approved:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error is on our side
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used perfumes and personal care products
Customized or personalized items
Sale items and gift cards
Hazardous or flammable materials
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Exchanges
To exchange a product, customers must first return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
